Today my awesome hubby made some yummy homemade egg mcmuffins. It’s healthier, we didn’t have to go out to get them and they were just as MORE delicious than McDonalds’.
As far as how “healthy” this is, that is all relative. Here’s the scoop on our homemade version.
We used 100% Whole Wheat Thomas English Muffins; 1 large grade A Lucerne eggs, 1 slice of Jones sliced ham for a total of 215 calories. You can break it down even further by carbs, proteins and fat but for now that’s what I’m tracking.
